  • The dose may be gradually increased up to 24 mg/day, divided into 3-4 doses.
  • Maximum dose: 24 mg/day (8 mg per dose).
• For painful muscle spasms:
  • 2-4 mg, 3 times a day.

What to do if you miss a dose?

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember, unless it’s close to your next scheduled dose. In that case, skip the missed dose and continue with your normal dosing schedule. Do not take two doses at once.
